Work With Me

For Organisations

I work with organisations, councils, NGOs and community groups to deliver wellbeing talks, workshops, and programmes that give people space to step back, refelct and think more clearly about the pressures of life and their work.

The work supports mental health and wellbeing by helping individuals and teams understand stress, responsibility, and change, and by offering structured opportunities for reflection, self-development, and more sustainable ways of responding within their roles and organisations.

Talks

I offer a range of talks focused on mental health, wellbeing, self-development, and personal agency. Talks can be delivered as short standalone sessions or extended sessions with reflective activities, and can be adapted to suit different ages, life stages, and community or organisational settings.

Topics include mental health awareness, recognising signs of struggle, building healthier boundaries, developing personal agency, and understanding the relationship between wellbeing, environment, and everyday life. All talks are shaped to suit the needs of the audience and setting.

Workshops

Workshops provide more time and depth than a talk, allowing participants to engage in structured reflection, discussion, and guided activities. They are designed as one-day or multi-day sessions and combine practical learning with reflective and creative approaches.

Current workshops include mindfulness and journalling, resilience and self-development, boundary-setting, and reflective work using art-based and grounding practices. Workshops support participants to better understand their inner experience, recognise their needs, and develop more sustainable ways of responding to pressure and change.

Programmes

Longer-form programmes offer sustained, in-depth work over several days, supporting deeper reflection, integration, and personal development. These programmes are particularly suited to groups who benefit from continuity and time to explore patterns, habits, and ways of thinking in a supported setting.

Programmes combine reflective discussion, creative and art-based activities, mindfulness practices, and guided exercises, with a focus on resilience, self-awareness, routine, and self-care.

Facilitation

I offer facilitation for groups and organisations who need structured, well-held space for discussion, reflection, and shared thinking. This work supports groups to navigate complex topics, change, or challenge in a calm and contained way.

Facilitation is guided, neutral, and responsive to the group, with an emphasis on clear communication, participation, and creating conditions where people can think together more effectively.

Available for organisations, councils. NGOs and community settings

An online self-development course is currently in development and will be offered in future.

For Individuals

I offer one-to-one work and small group programmes for individuals who want space to reflect, understand themselves better, and make sense of change or difficulty in their lives. This work supports mental health, wellbeing, and personal development in a grounded and contained way.

Sessions focus on self-awareness, boundaries, recognising needs, and developing steadier ways of responding to pressure, relationships, and life transitions. The work is reflective rather than directive, and shaped to suit the individual or group

One-to-One Work

Individual sessions offer a confidential, supportive space to reflect, think things through, and develop greater self-understanding. The focus is on mental health, wellbeing, boundaries, and personal agency, helping you recognise patterns and respond to life with more clarity and steadiness.

Group Programmes

Small group programmes provide structured, supported space to reflect alongside others with shared themes or challenges. Groups combine discussion and guided reflection, supporting connection, insight, and personal development over time

Personal Development

Personal development work focuses on self-awareness, understanding needs, and making intentional changes in how you relate to yourself, others, and your circumstances. This work is reflective and practical, supporting growth without pressure or prescription.

Grounded, reflective work offered in a contained and supportive setting.

This work is reflective and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for medical or crisis services.
