About Cnoc Na Rí

About Cnoc Na Rí

Cnoc Na Rí is a professional wellbeing and reflective practice offering work with organisations, communities, and individuals. The work brings together mental health and wellbeing, self-development, facilitation, and creative and reflective approaches, supporting people to make sense of pressure, change, and responsibility in their lives and work.

Cnoc Na Rí works across organisational, community, and individual settings, offering talks, workshops, programmes, facilitation, and one-to-one work. The approach is grounded, contained, and reflective, with an emphasis on clarity, self-awareness, and more sustainable ways of responding to challenge.

About Orlaigh

I am the founder and practitioner behind Cnoc Na Rí. My work sits at the intersection of mental health, creative expression, and Celtic wisdom — and it is deeply rooted in my own experience of rebuilding, rediscovering, and coming home to myself.

I am a writer, artist, and practitioner based in Longford, Ireland. I work with individuals, communities, and organisations who are navigating change, pressure, and the quieter work of becoming more fully themselves.
